A nightclub in California had a Halloween Party based on the horror franchise “The Purge” which resulted in a mass shooting on early Monday.
Offices arrived on the sense from a report that there was gunfire inside and outside of the Nightclub in Riverside around midnight. Responding police officers found two victims with gunshot wounds and another five people later showed up at hospital for gunshot related injuries.
None of the victims from the shooting were considered to be in life threatening condition.
Investigators believe that the shooting may have started inside of the nightclub. A witness says that “People started falling to the ground, and I thought people were fighting or dancing at first,” “And I turn around, and then people started shooting and then I ran behind the bar…I heard automatic gunshots, there was like 10 in a row.”
Currently there are no suspects identified.
